Wanda Smith: I said come on. I’ve never been on air with you so come on here’s a great opportunity … I’m excited that he’s coming in … I felt like as he started to talk at the beginning he had an agenda like, to attack me. And I started feeling some type of way. I said, “Where’s this going?” … I felt the tension. Every time I would ask him something or say something it was like, he kind of came for me … I don’t go tit for tat. That’s not what I do …
I did not know how to retaliate or how to come back because that’s not how I wanted to talk to him … because of the respect. When it kept going on and on, as a person who has integrity I had to say something back.
The video was clear. The back and forth was playful banter between two comedians who wanted heat. The snapping competition started and both engaged, and they were enjoying themselves. Wanda took the worst of it and now she wants to play the victim. She may have to after Katt accused her husband, Lamorris Sellers, of brandishing a gun on him at a comedy club later that weekend.
