Fitzpatrick had a good year-and-a-half with the Buffalo Bills, but when the wheels fell of they really came off. He played well for the New York Jets for a few games when he replaced Geno Smith in the lineup. All of sudden Fitzpatrick starting playing as dumb as Geno had before he got his jaw broken by a Jets linebacker during spring training.
This is a long-winded way of saying that Fitzpatrick is more than capable of leading the Bucs on a six or seven game win streak, and even deep into the playoffs.
