Last week Katt Williams blew up the Internet after his roasting session with Wanda Smith from Atlanta’s V103. Wanda’s co-host Frank Ski kept trying to go to break but Wanda kept poking Katt, and Katt hit her with that ether … that slow burn. He also implied comedienne Tiffany Haddish passed over more talented comediennes like Leunell, and Melanie Camacho:
You can’t tell me your favorite Tiffany Haddish joke. Why? Because she hasn’t done a tour yet … She has not proven the ability to tell jokes back-to-back for an hour to nobody, and they are ready to down Monique and up somebody who has showed them Girls Trip. Do you think she wrote Girls Trip?
… She passed 46 female black comedians who I know personally, who I put on tour who have a hard time getting a chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A after they headlined seven shows at a club for $2,500 a week
Katt’s comments got Kevin Hart’s dander up; Kevin went onto the Breakfast Club to air out his feelings on Katt and Mike Epps.
