Live Stream: Trump And The Global Economy May 8th At 7PM
Trump And The Global Economy town hall is set for May 8th at 7PM in Fort Greene Brooklyn. The event will take place at South Oxford Space, 138 South Oxford Street, Brooklyn NY 11217. The town hall is a quarterly speaker series.
The May event will include Wuyi Jacobs (WBAI), John McLaughlin (pollster), economics professor Lance Brofman and Ralph Baker, author of Shock Exchange: How Inner-City Kids From Brooklyn Predicted the Great Recession and the Pain Ahead. McLaughlin did the polling for Donald Trump during his 2016 presidential campaign and is widely-considered the top political pollster in the country. He will update us on the mid-term elections and which politicians are vulnerable during the mid-term elections.

Kanye West has been invited to this event. Instead of “stunting for the ‘Gram,” West can present his views on President Trump amid other artists, economists and intellectuals. Actor Chad L. Coleman (“The Wire”, “The Walking Dead”) hosted a star-studded February event. If Kanye shows up then this event could potentially match the excitement of the last one.
The event will feature Wuyi Jacob (AfroBeatRadio), John McLaughlin (McLaughlin & Associates), Professor Lance Brofman (economist) and Ralph Baker, author of Shock Exchange: How Inner-City Kids From Brooklyn Predicted the Great Recession and the Pain Ahead. McLaughlin did the polling for Donald Trump during his 2016 presidential election. Mr. Baker’s Shock Exchange is the first book from an African American author that featured Donald Trump.
