Tubby: Always. Kareem Brewton … these junior college kids have been in these situations before. We wanted to push the ball up the court … Obviously that’s a tough shot but he shoots that runner pretty well.
John Thompson III: Your team has won seven of the last eight. You’ve got the Bearcats tomorrow. How do you think that’s going to play out?
Tubby: The Bearcats are tough … I thought tulsa … frank hayden had his guys … what a great game … our kids showed a lotta guts and to pull out another win like this i was really proud
