Swizz Beatz recently took to instagram to discuss Kanye’s performance and clarify hip hop’s take on his MAGA hat and pro-Trump pose:
I just seen that SNL Kanye. I hear you talking about how you’re being bullied for the hat. It feels kinda funny ’cause we were just talking about a hat less than 48 hours ago. Teyana Taylor was in the studio. Ferg was in the studio … and I was just addressing how uncomfortable the culture feels with you representing somebody that’s blatantly hurting our people. You understand?
