According to the Failing New York Times, the FBI started a major effort to flip Putin loyalists in 2014-2016. “It wasn’t about Trump, he wasn’t even close to a candidate yet.” Rigged Witch Hunt!
I do not doubt the FBI tried to ferret out Putin loyalists long before Trump became a presidential candidate. Nonetheless, that likely will not stop the democrats from painting Trump as a Russian ally, and spinning a narrative that a foreign government tainted the recent presidential election. How else could the democrats have lost? Otherwise, it would appear that former President Obama’s policies were an absolute failure and nobody wanted Hillary in the first place.
In December former national security advisor Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to FBI about conversations with Russia’s ambassador and disclosed that he is cooperating with the special counsel’s office:
Since January the democrats have been screaming that President Trump colluded with Putin and the Russians to rig the presidential election in his favor. There were so many allegations without any proof that the Shock Exchange assumed it was a bunch of smoke and mirrors. The Flynn drama gives legs to the allegation. First of all, why would Flynn lie if he had nothing to hide. We all know that the cover up is worst than the deed. Secondly, to ever get the “big fish” – Trump or others – Robert Mueller had to get to a lower level operative with knowledge about the inner-workings of the Trump administration. At the end of the day, Trump won the election fair and square. The public did not want Hillary Clinton as president. Nonetheless, lying to the FBI is never a good thing and could lead to federal charges.
Who knows, maybe there was some collusion between the Trump administration and Russia. Maybe Trump’s election was a referendum against Hillary and the democrats. In the Shock Exchange’s opinion, both could be proven true. Stay tuned …
