Rumors that Russia interfered in the U.S. presidential election, which helped President Trump defeat Hillary Clinton have dogged the president for over a year now. There have been howls that Putin and Russia aided Trump by cracking into Hillary’s emails and divulging damaging information about her and/or bombarded Facebook users with negative new about Hillary which prompted would-be Democrats to stay home during the election. Nothing has been proven, and Trump continues to mount an offensive against the “Russia rumor mongers”:
